What is Dragon Boat?

Dragon boating is currently the fastest growing nautical sport in the world.

It is a thousand-year-old canoeing activity from Chinese origin that is practiced in boats of 10 or 20 paddlers with the head and tail of a dragon. There is a helmsmen who directs the boat and a drummer (Coach) who sets the pace of the team.

Unlike the other modes of rowing or canoeing, the practice of Dragon Boat does not require experience, its easy to learn and compete, therefor it is suitable for everyone, and is very exciting and fun.

It is the perfect example of teamwork and all that is applied and learnt in Dragonboating can easily be transferable to the corporate world.
